Completed my first year. The online data system showed 89% performance, less than the 90% guarantee. The guarantee is a performance guarantee but I was offered a check for the difference amounting to two big mac meals. The guarantee is to compensate you back to 90%. Therefore there is little chance to see any performance in the mid 90s much less than 100%. I was told by customer service that my first year was a bad year and that I would soon see 100%. Sorry the online data shows studies of +/- 4 %. So i got lip service in an attempt to get me to go away. Dont spend $20,000 on a company who could have made the whole thing better with a professional and responsible solution. Had to give them a 1 star to get the review to save.
