We had the the solar panel put on in around April. In July our power went out I called the electric company and they sent someone out right away, turns out that it's the solar panels. I called on Monday and of course had to leave a message, when someone called back they said they would send someone out either Tuesday or Wednesday. On Tuesday at 2 pm I received a call saying they were on there way and that they were coming from Trenton New Jersey. Now it is Friday morning at 12:56 am and still no one has shown up. Our electric keeps going out and EVERY day at least 10 times we have to go outside and flip the switch to turn the power back on.i would NEVER recommend this place and if they knock on your door trying to sell this to you SLAM your door in there face.

It would be a negative rating if it would let me. I can't explain on how horrible this company and customer service is. They don't care about there customers!!!! I hope no one else has to del with this experience.
