High failure rate of M190 Enphase inverter

Our system was installed in late 2011. We have 20 panels originally installed with M190 Enphase inverters. Seven of the M190 inverters have failed. Customer service was originally top notch. Enphase replaced the inverters promptly when problems were reported. More recently, they sent us the replacement inverters and I switched them out. Now, Enphase won't talk to me directly. I have to go through my installer.<br /><br />The monitoring via Envoy is very nice. I know exactly where the problems are and when they started. The inverters themselves are fairly easy to switch out. But, it's clear that the M190 failure rate is very high. And it seems like Enphase is backing away from their warranty promises.
