B.S Warranty

When I first read of these they sounded like a do-it your self er dream all UL up to the point of termination no single point of failure 95% efficiency 25 year warranty all grate unless its BS, I only have a 21 panel system that I installed my self all done by code even installed a hole house surge protector, the first one failed about two years ago, called they verified the failure and they shipped a new one no problem, now a second one has failed and when you call its a recording stating something along the lines of if your not a pro they don't want to talk to you and then promptly hangs up, there's also an email system but after a week and two emails with no response, there seems to be a problem with the company heading in a downward direction, so if your buying based on 25 year clams and warranty Id keep looking.
