Poor post-sale customer service, & transfer process is a mess

Vivint was great when they were pitching the sale. After that it was downhill. I read many of the negative reviews and had the same experience. I wanted to add that the Transfer Process to a new owner is very bad. I sold my house in May in Hawaii, and moved to Texas. I have continued to receive bills and it is August despite me and the new owner constantly e-mailing and calling their customer service (4 calls, with average wait times in excess of 20min no matter what time of day I call). I have sent messages on their secure site and have 2 "pending" messages (meaning I am waiting for a reply) in reference to this issue since 7/11/2016.<br /><br />I went with Vivint over Solar City simply because I was assured a quick and easy transfer process since I knew I was going to sell the house eventually. This was a mistake.
