We don't spend our money lightly, so when Legend Solar approached us we did our research and found out that it wasn't just a sales pitch, it was the real deal. There were a couple mix-ups which were corrected to more than our satisfaction! This company treats their customers right!

5 star moved to 4 star because of lack of communication within the company. They originally installed one of two sets of panels lower than we thought, as well as installing blue panels versus the black we thought we were getting. They gave us options on how to fix the misaligned panels, and we made the choice that was right for us, which meant not redoing the brackets. They gave us the black panels at no extra cost because of the miscommunication, which we were quite impressed with. Today they came to switch out the blue panels for black and I noticed them redoing the brackets. Now we have more holes in our roof, which is what we didn't want. If they had simply installed them correctly the first time, none of this would be an issue. They have tried so hard to fix their mistakes, which I commend, but regardless, mistakes were made. I love the panels and I love having solar energy, but the communication between sales reps, customer service reps, and installation teams needs a little work.
