Solar system was up and running in early Dec. 2015. This June we decided to replace our siding. We wanted the inverter box removed. Vivint said only they could do it. So, after several weeks and many hours on the phone (mostly waiting on hold) we got someone to come remove the box. Now we're trying to have it reinstalled. Trying for a week so far and can't get any appointment to do it. Again spending many hours on hold. No way to run a business.
