We contacted Buffalo Solar Solutions after they completed an install in our neighborhood. We met with the owners - Tyler and Alicia Ubelhoer - and were immediately impressed with their genuine interest in both renewable energy, as well as the us - the customer. There was no hard sales pitch, but rather they explained all of our options, the install process, costs/benefits, government incentives, and recommendations. We did not even bother getting any other quotes, as we felt very comfortable with their proposal. They took care of all necessary filings with the town inspectors, utility companies, and kept us up to date with the scheduling process. All work was done in a timely and neat manner. Throughout the process, Tyler and Alicia were available to answer ANY and ALL questions we had. It is a personal business for them, and they clearly want to make sure the customer is well informed and happy. This was a big investment for us, and we have absolutely no regrets with the purchase, or selecting Buffalo Solar Solutions as our contractor.
