I contacted Buffalo Solar Solutions after they had done an install on our street. We met directly with the owners and were immediately impressed with their genuine interest in their products, the company, the benefits of sustainable energy - and us - the customer! There was no hard sell, and they carefully explained all of the options available, the pro's & cons, government incentives, as well as what to expect in paperwork and the install process. After the initial meeting, we did not even solicit other bids.<br />From the initial meeting until the job completion - Tyler and Alicia were available to answer ANY and ALL questions, and they kept us up to date on the project status, timing, and paperwork filings. The installation was completed in a professional and timely manner, and they were conscientious of cleaning up any debris each day. We are extremely pleased with the results, and are sure we made the right decision in working with Buffalo Solar Solutions!!!
