Our salesman, installers and customer service has been top notch. Our salesman kept us updated and informed every step of the way and was incredibly nice and professional. I can't comment on the savings as the system is not up and running yet. The inspection process took longer than I expected, mostly due to having to wait for the city and the electric company to do their part.
