My sales rep, Ron Mattei was integral to my decision to go with Vivint. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and amazingly responsive to questions. All sales reps need to be more like Ron was. His qualities are sadly lacking in most businesses today.<br /><br />Regarding savings, no one believes me but my bills have gone down more than 90%. I am not exaggerating in the least. You cannot lose by switching to Vivint. The only question is how much money you will save.
