Worst Customer Service ever

I had to give a number that don't even deserve a 1 star more like - 100. I sold my house the first part of Feb. Real estate agent said she had all the paperwork for transfer. A month later I had to send it to them again. Now I am still getting bills. I was told I needed to talk to a Work Out Team that it has been under review for the last couple of months. I was on hold for 38 minutes and then 49 minutes both times it was disconnected. But the icing on the cake was I called back and was on hold for 5 hours and 5 minutes. When it hit 7 PM they're time the phone was disconnected AGAIN. Using this company in the first place was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. No body knows nothing and it always has to go to another department that you have difficulty reaching like last night. If you haven't signed up with them and are thinking about DON'T!!!!
