Vivint suck! They won't even comply with their own contract. Stay away. <br /><br />On their contract it says that they have a maximum of 30 days to remove the panels for re-shingling. If they don't show up you can write them a notice about it and if they don't do anything for another 30 days then you can terminate(cancel due to Vivint default). I called to terminate and the person that I talked to was rude and she kept insisting that I talked to the installers even though I called to cancel my contract. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUYS.
