Our salesperson, Marty Vieira, was eager and able to research our concerns (which were more than a few) and provide us with answers that convinced us to move forward with solar panels. We had previously spoken with a few solar companies that were either unable or unwilling to spend the time needed to answer our questions. That was definitely not the case with Marty. He was patient and did not pressure us. He made it clear that he wanted us to feel comfortable and confident with our decision. It made all the difference! We know that he worked with the design team to ensure that the 59 panels were aesthetically pleasing, which was also a concern and challenge. The installation team was awesome, as well. They completed the job quickly and left our home without a trace of debris. We're looking forward to being up and running and we highly recommend Vivint whenever possible.
