Cosmic Solar did an excellent job with our PV system installation, and they are very professional and were very easy and plessant to work with. We expected about a 1-month project duration due to material lead-times, but the work was actually completed in less than 2 weeks from our initial contract signing date. The time on-site was only 3 days. There were no problems or issues during the installation, and the system is performing better than expected. We will certainly refer Cosmic Solar to our family and friends!<br />For the lat question: The CA state rebate was deducted from the price- the 30% Fedaral tax credit was not.
