My system was designed to cover 98% of my power needs, dropping my bill from 156 to 98 a month. They took care of everything, I dont think people realize how much goes into getting solar, theres a huge C.A.D. team doing the designs and layouts, electral team designing where and how it will tie into the current breaker box, once I approved, they upgraded my power box for free, got city approval and permits also free to me, installed pannels the day we setup, and just like they told me, it took APS (local power company) about 2.5 months to actually turn on the system, which is out of vivints hands, so completely fine with me, because i wasnt charged till they were turned on. This company has done over 60,000 installs, and if just 1% of those customers wernt happy there would be Wayyy more negative reviews... as it stands, i recon about 0.2% of their customers have negative reviews.. the main prob is that happy people dont bother to write reviews. By far, this company has done way more good for people and the earth, in contrast to this website which would make you believe otherwise. Every single complaint with the BBB has been met to the customers satisfaction! And they have the lowest power rates in the entire NATION! 8.3cents per KWH! This company is awesome!
