Inverter failures

I have had 25 M190 inverters installed since 2011 with 7 failures to date, 2 in the last couple of months. Enphase has now gone to not dealing with the owners, just the installers. Unfortunately my installers went out of business, so I have been doing the replacements myself. The first 5 inverters were replaced within a week of contacting support. I finally received the shipping notification today to replace the last one that failed at the end of March, terrible service now. Another one just failed this week, I wonder how long it will take to replace that!
