To the people of SUNation, <br /><br />My Solar System was installed on 5/27/16. I'd done my homework on solar power, and met with a few companies besides SUNation. I met with Solar Site Evaluator Tom Connolly. He was knowledgeable and didn't try pressuring me to sign immediately. He also didn't try being phony with me by acting like we were best buddies since forever. He's a down to earth regular guy. I became very partial to SUNation after reading the many positive reviews on the company and it's team. I experienced some unprofessionalism with the competition while informing them of my decision for installation with SUNation. The salespersons attitudes became condescending, for example by telling me my house was going to burn down by using solaredge inverter, another sales person telling me what a mistake I was making by choosing SUNation's system. I was being fed a host of lies while they didn't realize I did my homework and I was very capable of making my own decision. That was the first indication I was glad I selected SUNation.<br /><br />I was kept fully in the loop with every step of the way since signing the contract. Maria, Victoria, Beth, Tammy and Gina.....you all were very friendly, informed, and quickly addressed any concerns I had. I greatly appreciated communications and assistance from all of you! Another indication I was happy to select SUNation.<br /><br />On installation day, Nick, Jeff, Kyle and Mike K. were at my doorstep ready to go...they explained every detail and layout of the installation and asked me if I was pleased with a few minor changes in layout. They actually seemed to enjoy their work as well as working with each other. They really cared about doing a professional job. And they left behind a complete solar system...nothing else. Happy again to have chosen SUNation! Installation was completed in 7 hours! <br /><br />Oh did I mention CEO Scott Maskin called personally to thank me for selecting SUNation. I appreciated the gesture! <br /><br />SUNation, is a professionally run company where the team members truly care about customer satisfaction. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, courteous, pleasantly informal yet professional.
