Going with this company was a big mistake. Doing a PPA with them was even worse. Terrible customer service. The system they installed was to small. I had a huge true up bill with my local utility company. Now Vivent is giving me the run around. My original salesperson won't call me back either. He only texts me . WTF !!!! Buy ur system and do NOT go with Vivent
