I am very pleased with the product and process of solar panel installation of Freedom Solar. I went with Freedom Solar because of positive feedback I had received from a couple of sources. Furthermore, the solar panels they use are aesthetically more appealing than others in the market. The sales rep, Federico, provided a thorough overview and was able to answer all questions I had and was available to provide timely responses throughout the process. The installation team worked with me to honor the design agreed upon even though it added additional resources. The process was lengthy mainly because of the large number of people taking advantage of rebates; however, the project management team kept me posted as to where we were according to the schedule.
