Came out in mid-December to install panels and now its May and still no service. We've had numerous reps come out to check system. Had the worst customer rep. She never answers or returns calls. Now we're going to remodel and they want to charge us $499 to take them down and store them while still paying for their service. Too many loopholes in their contract. Horrible, horrible company.
