We have been working with head of customer service after receiving a 2,000 true up bill since Dec 2015, due to a lack of appropriate panel issue. Email after email , call after call saying its a huge priority and still as of April 22, 2016 nothing. <br /><br />We will be trying to contact VP of sales or looking into other matters to try to help us minimumly get a qualified expert from Solar City to come out a either take unit off or add more panels. <br /><br />We strongly advise you look into other companies before signing on. Our email paper trail saying we are a priority since December has been very upsetting, no one has ever even called us or returned calls.<br /><br />Jon and Brenda
