Highly recommend PepSolar!<br /><br />However, we recommend showing customers a picture of what panels will look like on the roof before they sign the contract! A one dimensional drawing doesn't show the height of tilted panels. We told the sales representative that we wanted panels to be flat as possible on the roof, so they wouldn't be an eye sore to the neighborhood. The day of installation we found out several of the panels would be tilted on the back of the house..ugly. We were then charged an extra $600. to have the plans redrawn and re-approved.

Thank you so much for your kind review. PEP Solar is striving every day to provide the best service, highest quality product, and out perform the industry for our install. We do have all our designs show T and demonstrate the panels are Tilted and request for signature on the layouts before any work is started. Although, PEP Solar does see an opportunity for the contract to better demonstrate the 2-Dimensional engineering and the pictures of the tilted panels in a better view. We are discussion and reviewing a better method since the fire code has limited the roof tops and we install on north sides of the roof to make up for the loss. Again your family were so super duper awesome and we are going to treat your solar panels with our New Spark Clean Solar System nano-dirt repellent as a one time courtesy in July for our product roll-out. Our Sparkle Clean Solar System has 189 country patents and it will effectively repel dirt for one year so you don't have to wash them. Again PEP Solar loves your family and you're the best.
