After fixing some issues with a sloppy build everything about the system is working great. The product is good. The problems started when we realized we were misled by how the tax credits work and our financing was set up incorrectly. It took months to get any kind of response from them and get new financing secured. They have been trying to make things right but the reason I paid extra to go through Auric was for their supposed service. So far I keep having to do extra work myself to cover for their mistakes. In talking to other Auric customers I know this isn't an isolated incident either.

Dear Customer,<br /><br />Our records show that you have worked with our Customer Service Manager and he has addressed your concerns. <br /><br />We will be the first to admit that our processes are not perfect. However, since our Energy Consultant originally sat with your family we have made great strides in improving our processes. It is our objective to always be better today than we were yesterday. We are proud to say that we have added a full time trainer that strictly supports our Energy Consultants. Along with our trainer we have also added two additional Energy Consultant Manager’s. We have also added more good folks to our Customer Support Team to meet the ever growing demand. <br />

Yes and I appreciate it. I've been trying to update my review to reflect this but I do not see anywhere on the site that will let me do that. I also contacted SolarReviews' support and they weren't of any help either. Once I know how to update my review I will.
