CMI, very professional, owner was available and his office to answer all my questions. Only problem was the state of de and the green fund. Lawmakers changed rules and are making more difficult for everyone to take advantage of Why do our legislators promote green in one hand, and take away in the other<br />My decision was two fold - my energy costs continued to rise,trust in my legislators declined. And wanted to be able to contribute to helping cut our overseas dependance.
