If there is a greater hold-your-hand experience out there in the Solar industry, I'd like to know about it because American Sentry Solar tops my list of A+ companies in the customer service category. From beginning to end, I was kept aware of the process at every turn and bend. They even filled out the State grant and SREC paperwork for me; all I had to do was sign and post it. The install went very smooth. Gailan in their Implementation and operations department is at the top of his game. I feel like an expert in the solar energy industry simply because I had Gailan on speed dial. Called him at home, on his cell, a few times - he always gets back and has an answer and an action for you. Had a problem where one plate did not light up. I called Gailan on his cell and he had a tech out on my roof the next day. Problem solved, loose connector. From hooking up the in-house equipment to logging into the on-line system to check the status of your power generation/solar system, this crew has it down to a science.
