In early 2015 I decided to investigate installing solar panels on my 1913 home is Seattle. I had heard about Washington State's incentives and that prices had fallen.<br /><br />What I found was that the federal and state incentives were very generous and that a local credit union would finance the project 100% on decent terms. With this in mind I contacted three local vendors and asked for proposals. The best price came from Puget Sound Solar and they turned out to be a great choice!<br /><br />Not only did they stand by their bid but actually took off $300 because a part they had thought would be needed to upgrade my electrical panel was not needed.<br /><br />One of the tests of a company is how it handles problems. PSS passed this test in my case. As you can imagine they are very busy and at one point PSS indicated my project's installation schedule might slip three weeks. I indicated my disappointment, they worked the problem and began installing my panels just one day later than their initial projection.<br /><br />After installation my monitoring device failed. PSS came out that day, replaced it and no data was lost.
