We signed a year ago, panels installed in May 2015. I was almost hit by a bracket they threw off the roof! Some transformer work had to be done by the power company and was completed 6 months ago. I hadn't heard from them since December 2015 so I reached out to the saleman who signed us on to find out my service clerk no longer worked there. The new rep tells me they are waiting for the transformer work to be completed......the last email they told me I could check with the power company.
