They did a proposal for us, and then adjusted it to provide maximum solar production and to meet our needs as far as cost. Their installation crew were prompt, arriving everyday at 7:00 even in November, worked all day and the system was installed in 4 days. Everything passed inspection and we are now generating electricity. The e gauge also helped us to find where we were using electricity and we were able to adjust certain things to conserve. Gordon walked us thru all of the tax credit stuff and the incentives which were available. We would highly recommend Artisan to anyone who needs solar installed.
