My wife and I compared several companies. Many were good- but we both chose Monolith as the best for several reasons. Our Monolith Representitive- John was friendly, polite and professional. He explained several options for us- and there was never a high pressure sales pitch. Also, he always got back to us promptly- even once on a holiday! He brought our installation team coffee and donuts.<br />I know business is business- but it seemed as if there was good cohesiveness in the Monolith team.<br />Plus, I admire they are a Veteran owned company, employ Veterans- and help the community- such as recently donating profits to help the citizens of Hoosic Falls. <br />Many people spend more on there last 2-3 years vacations, cruises, camps- then the average cost of a Photovoltics system fully installed. Those vacations will never pay for themselves/ or have a payback period. Whereas, a photovoltic system immediately begins paying for itself from the first day it is installed- not just financially, but also by decreasing the need to burn dirty fossil fuels like gas or coal- which results in cleaner air, a decrease in repiratory conditions, not just for us and our children- but for future generations as well. You can "Support the Troops" with a token bumper sticker- or you can actually support them by making America more energy independent and support the jobs for Veterans and others.
