I was nervous about going solar as I wasn't sure I would be able to understand how the system worked and how it worked with National Grid. The Salesman for Monolith explained things so well that I thought I would sell solar after he left. The installers for Monolith were so professional and explained every part of the install. They cleaned up prior to leaving and you wouldn't have known they were there except for the new panels on my roof. The team at Monolith provided me with all information I needed including the directions on how to change my anniversary date with National Grid to the tax forms I would need to get my rebates. The customer service is also so professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I wouldn't have asked for a better team to go solar with.
