MSSI an Exceptional Experience

BLUF: Colette and MSSI are a first-class outfit from start to finish.<br /><br />We were already interested in solar panels and had spoken with several "lease" system companies, but we weren't interested in that option, so shelved the project. Not long after we met Colette from MSSI. What I like most about her approach was the sense of no-kidding honesty and complete competence with solar technologies and all the related business aspects. I never felt like she trying to sell us a system that we didn't fully understand or appreciate.<br /><br />The MSSI project proposal was extremely comprehensive, to my earlier point. It described the size of the system, the type, quality and performance of the equipment. Additionally, you see the price, estimated savings and property value increase, along with your ecological contribution to the planet in reduced carbon footprint (which we and MSSI are passionate about). Purchasing solar is expensive, to which I would have preferred a better financing system. At least there are federal incentives, which MSSI walked us through to successfully receive.<br /><br />After a minor scheduling snag the solid waterproof installation went without a hitch. 24-7 lifetime monitoring is fabulous, we have received link outage notices none of which have been due to the system. When our inverter failed shortly after installation, it was promptly replaced within the week. So after 17 months in we are pleased with our decision to "go-solar" and I can't think of a better company to have gone solar with. <br /><br />13MWh of clean renewable energy and counting...
