As a Solar Installer for over 10 years I can safely say that Amerisolar represents the very worst of the industry. Their customer service is abysmal. They will fill your email inbox with un-authorized emails and when you actually want correspondence they are nowhere to be seen. They have repeatedly mishandled my concerns and blatantly disregard requests I have made. <br /><br />I can safely say that I will NEVER support this company and would highly recommend anyone considering their product to look elsewhere. There are enough module manufacturers now that have top notch customer support, pricing, and quality that it is shocking to me that Amerisolar is in business today.
