System was installed August 2015. Whole process was smooth and close to perfect. After that Customer Care took over. Had a hard struggle getting the referral bonus. Received something in the end, but not as much as was promised. Having connectivity issues with the installed Envoy since late December 2015. Customer Care does not answer any emails or help in any other way.<br />Be careful!
