I should have listened to my friend when he said to stay away from Vivint Solar. The process started back in May of 2015. Sales man promised that the entire installation would be a smooth process. It turned out to be a nightmare. Nothing smooth at all. O.k. Maybe the smooth talking to get one to agree with the terms, but everything else was B.S.! They were quick to install panels onto roof that failed inspection 3 different occasions, oh did I mention about 3 missed appointments causing me to lose days of pay because Vivint were no shows. They did come back to fix 3 leaks caused by installers, and it only took countless amount of phone calls to get someone out to repair holes in roof. They rushed through installation missing a lot of details that the town inspectors failed and pse&g refused to swap out meter because of some other b.s. Vivint forget to install. Now we're in almost mid January of 2016 and still no service! All I'm still getting is a bunch of excuses as to why I still don't have Service! They do collect the s racks the panels collect, wether or not I'm reaping any benefits. I hope at the end of all this, I see a drastic change in my electric bill, but I have a feeling that I'm going to get screwed Again. Thank you Vivint for nothing. If there is one thing you get out of this, stay away from Vivint Solar!
