Do Not Sign A Lease! I was paying National Grid close to 6% per kWh not I have to fork over to them 10.9% and an automatic yearly increase, according to the Power Purchase Agreement, 2.9% every years for 20 long YEARS. Stupid, yes. Can I get out sure, pay them their blood money to own the panels, leave my home of 26 plus years after doing numerous and costly renovations, or live with the devil until I am dead or God willing a natural disaster befalls this structure. I did not do my homework, I was extremely dumb, and will regret signing that document to my death and perhaps thereafter as well. Every day I have to live with that decision. It makes me ill, physically that I could have done such a thing and worse there is no way out. You can always fix or change other mistakes made by you or others, to your home, friends, not this one. Don't do it!
