Scot, Chris and the rest of the team were more than willing to help me at every stage of the process - from planning what needed to be done when building the house, to determining the size, and installing and getting all the necessary approvals.<br /><br />Chris was always willing to answer any question, and gave answers that were not overly technical, but also gave me all the details that I needed to make decisions. I don't know if he ever sleeps based on how quick he responded to all requests!
