So far So bad

Its been a year now since I've had this lease and the power generation has not been enough for my property. As a result, my true-up bill left me high an dry! After the panels went in, in seemed like saving what added up to be about $90 per month from my PG&E bill every month which in reality only amounted to a balloon payment of $1100 at the end of the year from PG&E. Excuse me, where are my savings? Also, after learning this the hard way I never hoped I would have to deal with Vivint's customer service. But now that I am, I'm finding that they are all incompetent and not very helpful. They boast an up to 40% savings on your power bill. This is just not true. They have also promised to install more panels as we need and we will see where that goes. I have to say PG&E was far easier to deal with. <br /><br />If you are going to do this buy your own panels and make sure you install enough of them. Now I am stuck in a 20 yr lease with Vivint a not so great company.
