Poor Customer Service

Astrum installed our system in 2010. The installation, support, service were excellent at that time. I provided several customer referrals and spoke with people considering solar. Now they are part of Direct Energy and customer service does not exist. I have been been trying to get faulty micro inverters replaced for about 4 months now. Very little response, less action. Another story of business focusing on sales and forgetting the customers.
