The installation was extremely quick and professional and the panels themselves are great. The staff at RGS, however, are not. They continually forgot to file paperwork and could not (due to incompetence) provide the information to me so I could file it. They would frequently not return phone calls or emails and it took several weeks to get a hold of someone who had any idea what they were doing. I was forced to use RGS' company of choice for an SREC aggregator as they would not provide the information to me or another company to choose my own.<br /><br />For being such a large solar installation company they seemed to know almost nothing about the process other than the physical installation.
