Belliveau Installation

To whom it may concern,
In July of this year, 2015, we signed a solar project agreement with New England Clean Energy. Throughout the entire process we were kept up to date, and knew ahead of time what the next steps in the project were going to be and when. Those steps included hearing from the finance company, the approval process for permits, when the crew would start our installation, the inspections afterward. Building, fire, and electrical all needed to be checked and signed off. We were alerted to when they would be on site so we could schedule with them.
We heard from the crew lead installer a week before his team was to begin our project. He came out before the crew arrived and walked us through the different phases of the installation and where the electrical sub panel and the monitoring panel would be located. The crew arrived and immediately began working. Having done construction projects on other peoples' homes, I can tell you that these individuals were highly trained and skilled at their jobs. The installation was completed in 1 ½ days. If we hadn't seen the panels on the roof, we would not have even known they had been to our house as all rubbish and excess materials were picked up and removed. This was a very pleasant experience due to the professionalism exhibited by our installation crew and result being 100% satisfaction on a job extremely well done.
The utility company was out within 2 business days of all the permits being completed and swapped out the existing electrical meter with a “net meter.” In another 2 days we received notification to turn our system “ON”.
Within 2 ½ short months, we signed a contract to install solar panels and began producing solar electric energy. It is a terrific feeling knowing you are doing something positive to save our planets resources.
We would strongly recommend New England Clean Energy to anyone considering going SOLAR. On a further note, we investigated going solar 5 years ago and New England Clean Energy came out and gave us an estimate to install solar panels, but due to unforeseen circumstances, it was not to be. We then interviewed a few companies to lease panels, as well as a national company to buy panels from. We returned to New England Clean Energy, first because they were great to work with (explaining everything in depth) and secondly, and more important to us, because they are local. It was important to us to have a solid, firmly entrenched local company with great reviews from the BBB, and one who would stand behind their word and warranties. They are not a newcomer to the field jumping on the solar bandwagon; this is what they do, and they are very proficient at installing solar projects.
Very satisfied owners,
Susan and Stephen Belliveau
