Initially my panels were installed by Astrum - and that was a fantastic company with great customer service.<br />With DirectEnergySolar, phone calls and emails directed to customer service are totally ignored. The only response to their online system was a reply with the ticket number I should be using to refer to my service request. Six weeks, and no response. Phone calls go right to voice mail. I've never ever spoken with a real human. I'm very very discouraged by this company.
