We began our investigation about 9 months before requesting estimates. All figures pointed to a no lose proposition.<br />We received estimates to include leasing and purchasing of panels.<br />We discarded leasing as an option and went the purchasing route as the best economical and least complicated.<br /> <br />Three solar companies were finalists.<br />After interviewing the prospective companies and discussing with references presented we decided to go with All Energy Solar (AES). The information presented by Dave D'Onofrio, their sales representative, and overall cooperative nature added to the decision to go with AES. <br />We had the contract reviewed and amended as requested by our lawyer without objections.<br /> <br />Having seen how other companies had installed solar panels in the neighborhood we were a bit concerned about the aesthetics (ie exposed wiring and boxes). That is, in some instances the installs were quite noticeable and detrimental to the way the home appears. We expressed that concern to Dave and he assured us that they would do all they could. Normally this type of assurance is expected from any salesperson. The only difference here is that they truly did care about how it looked and how satisfied we would be. The day of the install came and the electrician did an excellent job of placing all wiring and boxes out of site so much so that no one can tell we have solar panels installed. The panel installers were quite professional and completed the job in two days. Overall the installers and electrician did a better job than we had expected!!! Seriously they did a superb job and took care of all of our concerns. <br /> <br />After the install was completed and Dave came by and made sure we were fully satisfied, which we are!<br />Throughout the process the Sarah Zazzaro, their project manager, was very accessible and answered all of my questions in a professional manner and within a very short period of time. As an ex-project manager I value this ability (to communicate properly and provide timely correct answers) as an excellent asset.<br /> <br />We highly recommend All Energy Solar to anyone looking to install solar panels, a job exceedingly well done.<br /><br />Joe
