Decided the time is right for solar with falling prices and tax credit available through 2016. Talked to about five companies. Settled on West Coast Solar based on the best deal offered and after researching the equipment and determining it is high quality and right for the job. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. The installation team did a great job. They worked with us to place the equipment in the most convenient spot and chose a route for the conduit that looked the best, even though it meant using a lot more conduit and wire. We especially appreciated that they cleaned up before they left, not leaving any mess for us to deal with. Everything has been handled very well. The permitting and paperwork went through with no trouble at all. I can't imagine how they could have made things any easier. Have had the system for ten months with no trouble. We did have one panel under-performing for some reason, and they were happy to swap it out. So, no problems with service after the sale. Couldn't be happier, should have done it sooner.
