We learned about All Energy Solar at the Northfield Home and Garden Show. Our sales representative Derek gave us an introduction to their services and offered to stop by our house to evaluate our solar options. We were unsure if solar was appropriate for us, since we do not have a south-facing roof. During his visit, Derek climbed onto our roof, took some readings, explained the solar panel solution in detail, described the various tax credits and rebates, and patiently answered our questions. It turned out that a west-facing solution worked well for us, though our payback is longer than that for someone with a south-facing roof.<br /><br />Though there were many steps and several forms to complete, our project coordinator Cindy did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. All Energy Solar's and Xcel Energy's use of electronic forms made signing agreements and contracts very easy.<br /><br />Our project had a couple of unexpected and inconvenient delays along the way, but in the end, it was completed according to the timeline Derek gave us. <br /><br />Overall, we are impressed with All Energy Solar, the high quality system we have in place, and with every single person we worked with at All Energy Solar, from Derek and Cindy to All Energy Solar's panel installers and electrician. Each individual was friendly, performed their work carefully, and took time to answer our many questions along the way.
