From my initial meeting with John Leech the sales rep throughout the final process was smooth & seamless & receiving a call from the owner to personally thank me for becoming part of the SuNation family.<br /><br />Every step of the way from John to all inside office personal & finally the installers was exceptional with communications handled in a very timely manner that any business would have a very difficult time matching.<br /><br />I've done many months of research, "which I suggest all should do to make an intelligent & proper decision", I even received quotes form other solar companies. However a few things made the decision very easy for me:<br />1) Local installer who has exceptional feedback in our community here on Long Island & the comfort if any issues arise they will be there for me.<br />2) They have high quality panels (Sun Power), which if you don't do your research on the differences in solar panels you may be getting a lower quality panel & most likely will not get the same results.<br />3) Some companies push lease programs which basically benefits them as opposed to SuNations buy programs.Google 'What is better buying or leasing solar" & you will see overwhelming reviews that buying for the majority is the way to go.<br /><br />In closing I cannot say enough how impressed I was with the whole experience I had dealing with SuNation, as they actually do what they preach. In my humble opinion all business's should use the SuNation business model for there companies as a benchmark to excel.
