The company installed quickly but left wires in disarray, haven't followed up on online monitoring and knowingly installed faulty parts. After months of follow up the company finally reimbursed for high power bills and corrected faulty equipment. The wires were finally cleaned up and the system is working properly, but still no online access to monitoring tools.
