The sales consultant was excellent, I had no issues there. Once the install was done, there were a few cosmetic issues with the panels that have been fixed and since then I haven't had any issues with it. I did research on figuring out what panels I wanted and I like the one's Auric uses because the microinverter is included with the panel.
