The inverter failed 7 years after installation and was replaced with a refurbished one. Two years later, it has failed again due to a warped fan. Fronius says they can't replace the fan and we have to buy a new inverter. This is unacceptable. They are trying to force us to buy a new inverter by refusing to provide a part. The service tech says it is a matter of unscrewing 2 bolts, putting in the fan, and screwing in the bolts again. There is no other part of the inverter that is damaged in any way. Never do business with this company if you want reliable equipment that will be supported.
