8 months ago when I signed the agreement with Vivint I was told my solar system would be up and running before the hot weather of summer arrived. Andrew ( sales rep) promised everything would be great. Well...... The panels went up on the roof one week later and there they sat for 8 mo the. it's been one excuse after another as to why it's not hooked up, and Edison wasn't the problem. One week after the City signed off of the permit I got a letter from Edison saying I could turn on my Solar system. Now that summer is almost over, my system IS turned on and guess what....... As of August 13, 2015 it has produced 0 KWh. <br />I have called and got no help, no answered or return calls. <br />Big big mistake!!!!!
